We built this because we needed it.
5 Star Reach didn't start as a software company. It started as a frustration behind the counter of a shipping store in the Denver Tech Center.
EARNED ONE HONEST INVITATION AT A TIME
The founder spent years running Arapahoe Pack & Ship, a shipping and business-services store known for genuinely great service and customers who came back again and again. And almost none of them left reviews.
Meanwhile, a competitor with lower prices and nothing special about the service had a couple hundred five-star ratings and the top spot on Google Maps. New customers searching the area found them first. Not because they were better, but because they looked better online.
The problem wasn't the work. It was the sample. Unhappy customers post reviews on their own; happy customers go home. Any profile left to chance gets written by its worst days.
So we built the fix and ran it on our own store first: one personal text to every customer, from the store's own local number, linking to one page with two equal options. The result is public at review.shipdtc.com: 340+ Google reviews, earned one honest invitation at a time. Then we made it available to every local business owner dealing with the same problem.
Military service teaches one thing above all else: follow-through is the difference between a mission accomplished and a mission abandoned. That's the discipline behind the product, and behind the way we run the company.
