Group pricing for groups

The return is not subtle
Harvard Business School research links a one-star rating improvement to a 5 to 9% revenue increase. On $50,000 a month, that is $2,500 to $4,500 in additional monthly revenue from reputation alone, against a $99 monthly cost. Are there any setup fees or hidden fees?
No. The price is $99 per location per month. Review request texting is included with no per-message fees, and there are no setup fees or onboarding charges. What you see is what you pay.
Is there a contract?
No. The monthly plan is month to month; cancel anytime, no penalties, no cancellation fees. The annual plan is a single upfront payment for the year in exchange for two months free.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Pay $990 per location per year and get two months free, the equivalent of $82.50 a month. Everything in the plan is identical; only the billing changes.
Do you offer multi-location pricing?

Do I pay for text messages separately?
No. Review request texting is included in the monthly price. You will never see usage-based message charges on top of your plan.
Is this compatible with Google's review policies?
It was designed for them. Every customer gets the same invitation and sees the same page with the same two options; there is no screening question and no sentiment-based filtering, which is what Google's April 2026 policy update banned. Read more on the How It Works page.
We're a healthcare or dental practice. Anything different for us?
Same price, plus we sign a Business Associate Agreement, and patient data is handled only in HIPAA-eligible infrastructure under a signed BAA. Details on the healthcare page.
