Dental & healthcare practices
Your best patients rarely review you. Ask them.
Patients choose practices by Google rating before they ever call the front desk. 5 Star Reach invites every patient, personally, from your practice's own local number, and handles patient data the way a practice has to: BAAs signed, HIPAA-eligible infrastructure only.
Handled like patient data
Built to sit inside a practice, not bolted onto one.
We sign Business Associate Agreements
Before any patient data moves, a BAA is in place between your practice and 5 Star Reach. Standard for us, not an exception you have to negotiate.
HIPAA-eligible infrastructure only
Patient data is handled only in HIPAA-eligible infrastructure under a signed BAA. It never touches systems outside that boundary.
A review invitation, nothing clinical
The text is a thank-you and a link. The review page shows two options. No treatment details, no clinical content, nothing a patient wouldn't expect in a courtesy message.
The same honest system
Every patient. Two doors. No screening.
Google's April 2026 policy update banned sentiment-based review funnels, and healthcare profiles are not exempt. 5 Star Reach never screens: every patient receives the same invitation and sees the same page with two equal options, "Review us on Google" and "Share feedback with our team."
No more awkward asks at checkout
Your team stops apologizing for the review ask. Within a day of the visit, the invitation arrives by text from your practice's own local number, when the patient has a free moment.
Hear about a rough visit the same day
If a patient shares private feedback, your practice gets a same-day alert. A call from the office manager that afternoon resolves more than any public reply ever will.
Rating by location, group pricing
DSOs and multi-office groups get group pricing for multi-location commitments, and the monthly scorecard breaks out reviews and rating for every office.
Practice questions
What practices ask us.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. We sign Business Associate Agreements as standard practice, and patient data is handled only in HIPAA-eligible infrastructure under a signed BAA. Email hello@5starreach.com to start that conversation.
What patient information does the system use?
The minimum needed to send a courtesy text: a name and a mobile number. The message itself contains no clinical content, just a thank-you and a link to your review page.
Is texting patients for reviews appropriate?
A brief courtesy message from your own practice number, inviting honest feedback with an easy way to reach the office privately, is the same follow-through good practices already do by phone. The system just makes it consistent for every patient, and data handling stays inside HIPAA-eligible infrastructure under your BAA.
Does this comply with Google's review rules?
It was designed for them. Every patient sees the same page with the same two options. There is no screening question and no sentiment-based filtering, which is exactly what Google's April 2026 update banned.
What does it cost for a practice?
$99 per location per month, everything included, with review request texting at no per-message cost. Group pricing is available for multi-location commitments.
Let your rating reflect your chairside manner.
BAA signed, patient data in HIPAA-eligible infrastructure, and every patient invited the same honest way.
